Introduction
On the track and trace page you can follow your package until it leaves logistics. After this process delivery service takes over the process of delivery. With the track and trace number they give, you can track your product on their page.
How does it work?
- Go to the online tool "Track & Trace": https://service.trendiy.com/trackandtrace
- Enter the following:
- 2A. Enter the Trendiy number (Can be found on the order confirmation)
- 2B. Or enter the (web) commission number
- Click on "+" do more information. The status can be found per order line.
Order status?
Order is pending: The order is stated in the system.
Order information is not complete: More information is needed to complete the order.
Order is production: The order is getting processed.
Expedition date adjusted: There is a delay in the order. An email will be send to notify the delay of the order.
Order is ready for expedition: The order is ready for pick-up and leves logistics. After this process, the product can be traced with the "SSCC" code on the website of the delivery service.
Order has been cancelled: The order will not be delivered.
